Hard tissue mitochondria extraction kit is a kit for quickly and conveniently separating mitochondria from animal hard tissues (such as skeletal muscle). While separating mitochondria, mitochondrial cytoplasmic proteins can be obtained at the same time. It can be used to analyze cytochrome C and other mitochondrial proteins into cytoplasm.
