Creative Biogene has established an ATP metabolism-related small molecule detection platform based on ACQUITY UPLC/TripleQuad5500 (Waters/AB Sciex) to analyze different ATP metabolism-related small molecules qualitatively and quantitatively. 95% of the substances involved are quantified using standard and isotope standard.
ATP metabolism-related small molecules mainly include ATP, ADP, AMP, oxidized NAD+, reduced form of NADH, CoA, acetyl-CoA, and Pi.
