Mitochondrial Protein Molecular Weight Determination

CD Mitochondria uses Bruker's ultrafleXtreme™ MALDI TOF/TOF mass spectrometry system, with an accuracy of 0.1% mi 0.01%, which is much higher than the conventional SDS-PAGE and high-performance gel chromatography techniques. At present, the molecular weight range of biological macromolecules can be determined from 700 to 600000 Da. It is simple and intuitive and can be used to determine the mixture of macromolecules directly, and there is almost no fragment peak.
