Biolayer interferometry (BLI) technology is an unmarked technology based on the principle of optical interference. The utility model has the advantages of simple operation, short detection time, low sample consumption, and can directly participate in analysis and detection without a manual label. Through the real-time monitoring of optical interference signals, BLI technology can be widely used in the determination of various biological systems, real-time analysis, and detection of the interaction between biomolecules, accurate quantification of biomolecules, and real-time and unlabeled analysis of biomolecule dynamics and affinity.

We offer intermolecular interaction service using the ForteBio Octet system, which can achieve the quantitative and qualitative analysis of intermolecular affinity. Compared with the traditional GST Pull Down, Co-IP, Yeast two-hybrid, it has the advantages of higher sensitivity, detection flux, and lower sample requirements. Using BLI technology, the Octet® system can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze intermolecular interactions without purification, and provide real-time analysis results of biomolecule interactions. It includes sorting the interaction forces of multiple known or unknown proteins and identifying whether there is protein interaction. Because of its high detection sensitivity and real-time analysis results, the interaction and instantaneous interaction of weak forces can be detected.

BLI technology can be used to characterize antibodies and detect the affinity of different molecules such as antibodies and proteins, which can support drug research and development. It has been widely used in drug screening, medical diagnosis, immunology research, antibody engineering, and other fields.
