Mitochondrial BLI Analysis

Creative Biogene uses qualitative proteomic analysis technology to detect the change of light interference signal in real-time using BLI and provide real-time high-throughput information about biomolecule interaction.

Biolayer interferometry (BLI) technology is an unmarked technology based on the principle of optical interference. The utility model has the advantages of simple operation, short detection time, low sample consumption, and can directly participate in analysis and detection without a manual label. Through the real-time monitoring of optical interference signals, BLI technology can be widely used in the determination of various biological systems, real-time analysis, and detection of the interaction between biomolecules, accurate quantification of biomolecules, and real-time and unlabeled analysis of biomolecule dynamics and affinity.

We offer intermolecular interaction service using the ForteBio Octet system, which can achieve the quantitative and qualitative analysis of intermolecular affinity. Compared with the traditional GST Pull Down, Co-IP, Yeast two-hybrid, it has the advantages of higher sensitivity, detection flux, and lower sample requirements. Using BLI technology, the Octet® system can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze intermolecular interactions without purification, and provide real-time analysis results of biomolecule interactions. It includes sorting the interaction forces of multiple known or unknown proteins and identifying whether there is protein interaction. Because of its high detection sensitivity and real-time analysis results, the interaction and instantaneous interaction of weak forces can be detected.

BLI technology can be used to characterize antibodies and detect the affinity of different molecules such as antibodies and proteins, which can support drug research and development. It has been widely used in drug screening, medical diagnosis, immunology research, antibody engineering, and other fields.

Creative Biogene always provides you with customized services for mitochondrial research, and our one-stop research and analysis platform can meet all your research needs.

Technical characteristics

  • Real-time determination of kinetic data: the kinetic data of intermolecular interaction can be detected in real-time, and the instantaneous intermolecular interaction can be detected.
  • Higher flux and faster experimental flow: can detect 8-16 samples at the same time, with the highest flux in unlabeled technology; 96 samples could be analyzed in 15-30 minutes.
  • A wider range of applications: direct detection of crude samples or even the presence of insoluble components in samples, tolerance to a variety of solution environments, only molecules bound to the surface of the sensor will be detected. Kinetic results can also be obtained from macromolecular samples such as virus particles.
  • Accurate results: Provide reliable quantitative analysis and kinetic parameters to obtain accurate biological information.
