| Description |
This kit can be used to determine the level of hydrogen peroxide in cultured cells or tissues, and it can also be used for the supernatant of cultured cells or the excess in serum, urine, plasma or other biological fluids. Determination of hydrogen oxide concentration. This kit uses hydrogen peroxide to oxidize divalent iron ions to produce trivalent iron ions, and then form a purple product with xylenol orange in a specific solution, thereby realizing the determination of hydrogen peroxide concentration. The modified formula of this kit can detect hydrogen peroxide as low as 1 micromol/L. |
